The Ninth Underworld gateway is in fact a massive temple stretching nearly a quarter of a kilometre into the sky. Located a mere half a mile from the Rim, the Temple sits amongst an arctic landscape. Here, the Number Nine rolls straight into the Ninth Underworld and those souls that have to travel by other means can walk through the Gateway into the Ninth Underworld. The friendly and helpful Gatekeeper will take your name before you are admitted into the waiting area and the Gateway. Whilst you are waiting, make sure you fully take in the views as from a quarter of a kilometre up into the sky, the visitor to the Temple will be able to see hundreds of miles across the Land of the Dead. But be sure to enjoy it, as this is the end of your journey and the Ninth Underworld is only a few dozen steps away, and since no one knows what the Ninth Underworld is like, this might be the most impressive thing you'll see ever again.
