Sitting out beyond the El Marrow City limits, the Petrified Forest is known for its haunting beauty. The forest also contains are large number of fascinating flora and fauna. Be careful though, some of them bite! So if you are going to make your way through the Petrified Forest by foot, make sure you travel with a guide and/or a large group of fellow souls. An interesting fact about the Petrified Forest is that El Marrow and Rubacava’s buildings are manufactured from the marrow extracted from trees that are native to the forest, hence El Marrow’s name!
